u have to b kidding right? To investor, and a few others the slide of this stock is very scary indeed in regards to someone coming in with a low ball offer. Last year I was involved in two takeouts (nql and cux) which were taken out well below their yearly highs. Yet they were able to be taken out well below there lows as well and that was only becuz management was able to get the share price up from the lows. CVI better start to do this quickly as there are many who may step up to the table and pay a piddly premium from the low 4's. This is the present reality of the low stock price we are all dealing with - of course if at this price u r still up 3x's (or more) thats great but to those who are holding a loss I can understand their nervousness!! glta and heres hoping for some good news!!
