RE: Huge

RE: HugeHi 89Mustang! I am curious why you seem to think that the results from the drilling are not worthy of enthusiasm. This week we got to watch NOT run to a market cap in the range of $500,000,000 on just one drill hole with about 40m of 2% Ni and 1.5% Cu. How much technical knowledge do you think can come from one drill hole? Last month Southern Arc reported about the same interval of drill core grading only 0.22% Cu and 0.26 g/t Au, and yet that company has a market cap of around $100,000,000. At Aguila we now have 3 drill cores that show wide intervals of high grade Cu-Mo porphyry in the range of 0.5% - 0.6% Cu and 0.04% Mo across intervals of 400-500m. The drill density is 50m spacing. I would call those numbers pretty damn exciting myself, and with 50% ownership MMG is still valued only around $25 million. You can also consider in the sampling from the adit into the deposit, and the drill results by Rio Tinto, which also confirm the grades and continuity. RTZ is one of the most successful base metals mining companies, perhaps you have heard of them? Maybe some of the people with 'more technical knowledge' that you refer to should compare notes with all the amateurs at Rio Tinto, and the independant consultant that prepared the technical report on Aguila. There is a lot to outline on why the first batch of results for Duran are worthy of a whole hell of a lot of enthusiasm, but lets just suggest that if the company had encountered half of the grades they reported, over an interval of half the size, it would still have amounted to a major discovery. And this was not just confirmation drilling, but they also stepped out the drilling to test entirely new zones, and came up aces. A porphyry is a large scale deposit, and it is quite likely they have only encountered the tip of the iceberg. I could suggest a few reasons why the share price has not discounted in the value of the early stage drill results. Part of the reason is that so many investors that post on these BBs wouldnt know a rock sample from a baked potatoe. So far there has not been any analyst or advisory letter coverage to educate people on just what has been reported. That will come. Please feel free to share some detail on what technical flaws your friends have uncovered. I will tell you up front that the results are exceptional, and that at this very early stage, MMG/DRV offer a huge discount to some of the peer companies. I attribute that discount to an inefficient market. cheers! COACH247
