Portrush Brochure

Portrush BrochureDoes anyone know why Portrush would be touting a brochure that emphasizes dates that are way past due? June and July have come and gone and no drilling has taken place. I would think that intelligent management would not be so anxious to advertise the fact that PSH management is incapable of coming anywhere near meeting dates that they publish. Is it possible that present management is purposely trying to drive down the price of all outstanding stock so they can buy it up for ten cents on the dollar? Come to think of it, right now they can buy it up for closer to five cents.
