Claims Expired?

Claims Expired?Hi everyone, I'm a little confused. After reading mgt's August 28th D&A on sedar, it says they wrote off the McFauld's claims and that they have expired. Does anyone know something about this? Could there be a legal showdown on the horizon? I hope this is not an issue. Thanks
