Tucows Domains segment manages approximately 25 million domain names and millions of value-added services through a global reseller network of over 35,000 web hosts and internet service providers (ISPs).

Perhaps. But perhaps NOT a huge positive. We just do not know for certain. The 7 mil. common stock shorts could be by warrant holders (and option holders). Who have sold shares at $12 to $18 and purchsed warrants @ $9 to $12. otrab
