You call starting up the plant a no big deal...not news worthy..your smoking crack. That is a big deal as the steam and plant workings were given the okay to start. It represented 3000 million dollars...if there were reasons that it could be commissioned as implied by no news on the Brokerage sites...Then there were reasons for a decline in stock value. That thinking is still there as a result of the negligence to report such a major event. Reporting Steam going down the hole is not as big a news article as the ability of a plant to function. Otherwise the stock value would equal the consverative value assets earlier by CLL at being %5.00 at 10% of proven and $7.00 at 7% of proven. Other calc. Show it is being under valued as well. That means the stock is being played for the benefit of someone...and those manuipulating are accountable. They would have to have a strong position to be able to influence the stock. I suggest it could be a bunch of little guys panicking with neg. news with a large buyer trying to make money off the action. Buying up all the stock they can as cheap as they can so they can make money as the stock really rises...when they want it to go up. Facts are facts in this case.
