Higher Lows and volume drying

Looking at a 200 day chart it appears that we are starting to see higher lows...which in my op is pretty good...also seems that the sellers are disappearing and we are starting to experience lower volumes. Certain that this could change but perhaps this is a good sign. shipwrecks
