They're the ones who put out the glowing report on the merger, which went into considerable detail on the metrics, cash flows, EBITDA etc. I'll be very interested to hear how they view recent events. Personally I think it was very positive to have raised the additional 100M; it demonstrates remarkable confidence by those putting up the dough; it establishes that much more of a valuation base at 9.50; it gives DL alot more flexibility for future accretive deals.
