I agree that we are all responsible for doing our own due diligence. The caveat here is that if Management is calling investors/potential investors up for the sole purpose of building the bids so that they can unload additional stock (happened many of times in the past with HAO) then something isn't right. A CEO's job is to increase shareholder value, not to over-promote the company for the sole purpose of reaping personal profits; review HAO's history over the past couple of years and you'll see how often the insiders have been selling as soon as the SP starts to rise. Such actions don't leave many with much confidence that this is a legitimate business.
