RE: TargetI think it's just because this isn't exactly a mainstream sector. Some folks have moral objections to investing in a stock like this, even though their products try and save lives. It's not high-tech, it's not resources, so it's taking a backseat to the 'big' sectors. That's just my opinion, i'm not an investment professional.
