RE: Red flagged??????????????Yes, that's very interesting. The same thing happened to me with Etrade. This was about a few months ago. HOWEVER, I never received that kind of explanation. The broker just told me they were having some technical issues at the time. Although I have since added to my position using Scotia and did not encounter any issues at all. It seems more like an issue with eTrade IMO.
