RE: LongroadI guess we won't know who's right until the offers are in and one is accepted by the shareholders. However Greatemailslob, I'd be betting against you at this point in time. The value of Chartwell is in the eyes of the beholder or in this case future beholder. They offer a commanding position in their industry and their growth has been spectacular. I truly believe that the accepted offer will be above $16.00 and most likely closer to the $18.00 figure.
