RE: too much paper printed now What do you think of an arrangement between mtx and iie with a mtx position on the iie bod? There may be some benefit to an arrangement and having an MTX rep on the BOD as both companies will probably be dealing with similar issues in Brazil (permits, transporting, etc). However I don't think a BOD position would happen this year. The Form of Proxy only listed four directors to vote on: Harry Lappa Donald Morrison Roy Shatzko Oscar Yoshitaka Yokoi Although there could be a late breaking addition at the meeting - saw that happen before with another company. I'll check my clippings to see what I can find.
