OldBuck1: Thanks for some of the background information regarding Shoal Point. Bottom line is that I am very happy to see that the drilling may move forward and with some of the latest drilling technology with the Diesel/Electric Top Drive (ETD). They employ DC motors that have almost infinite capacity and computerized abilities that are envied by a conventional type of drilling rig. There are fears about lost circulation in many areas, and Shoal Point and as exhibited at PaP#1, there needs to be proper well drilling design and supervision at all times. The natural seeps on land that you speak of, to me are a clear indicator of potential not only of the resource but also the possible problems as they tap into the underlying formations. My sadness is extended to those that have sold some of their CQV holdings or were required to due to other financial obligations. I believe the majority of the profit is derived from the 5-30 cent mark and possibly beyond, and those that have sold in the 4-5 cent range will probably miss what they have sought after all along. The need to sell will continue indefinitely, and those that can will hang on until they approach their exit sign from this stock. All the best to one and all, as we gain some more investment experience.
