RE: Please explainPersonaly I find it bizarre. IDC being a public Corporation should no doubt be providing material information that affects the value of the company... And of our shares! It strikes me that such secrecy does not keep things above board, or have the directors put a hold on any buying or selling of shares? (this would be inappropriate if they they have undisclosed information)
