Security Commission Investiogation into CLL?

Yes, there should be an investigation and subsequent charges in CLl stock manipulation when found warranted. I am preparing the document to support a full scale investigation into such activities that have seemed very suspicious to say the least. Action on this site have been monitered for correlations to stocks going up and then down. Seems there is correlation to postings that lead to such actions on this stock. Bragging about it as well during the movement and after seems to be the way on this site. Does this influence the stock??? I think it might very well. Those of you noticing this have a responsibility to report such actions to the Securities Commission to look into. Many may think this is not worth the effort...this may be but the Securities Commisiion is there to protect shareholders from such actions that are typical of CLL trading. I may post the letter to the Securities Commision so you know the areas I feel need investigated. I have discussed the actions of this trading with a Lawyer and there seems to be an ability to pursue a legal action. Further information will be required first. Any of you with such information can please forward it to me in confidence. I feel that all shareholders are being cost money over the trading actions on CLL. To verify this will not be that easy for most as you have to quantify and support a monetary loss. Well, my portfolio can do that. I have been able to quantify what I feel are the losses from the trading of Cll that might not be legitimate. This stock has taken a beating since the announcement of a 300 million dollar plant to produce 10,000 BO/d oil. The Brokerage houses and other agencies that report the news of significant business by all companies on the stock exchange conveniently forgot to or neglected to post a news release of the major event in a timely manner. The smack from this site also helped drive and influence the attitude of investors to run the stock down. There was a major drop in price that can be attributed to such actions. Traders have bragged of thier dumping of the stock and rebuying during this time. Unfortunately, there is no justification or market rationale to the drop in price. Therefore, the Securities Commission will need to be brought into this for investigation purposes to see if there is wrong doing. CLl has never shaken this to current date and thus allowing the further running of the stock up and down by those traders seemingly manipulating the stock. I sure wouldn't want to be caught doing such actions...there are laws governing that conduct. I've had brokers/traders for this site indicate they are fair trades...yet they seem to post negatives when there are positives to run the stock down...then miracuously the stock runs up again to be pushed downward...Funny how that works time in and time out. The problem is they are costing shareholders money and scaring others into selling below realistic values. I have a problem with such when it appears as blatant as the trading of CLL. Sure hope the Securities Commision can shed some light onto this..maybe they can even find wrong doing with enough information to lay the criminal charges. Personally I can see this happening. Sooner than later. I SUGGEST TO THOSE RUNNING THE CLL STOCK UP AND DOWN FOR THEIR OWN PERSONAL GAINS SHOULD ALLOW FAIR MARKET PRINCIPLES TO RULE...OTHERWISE YOU MIGHT FIND YOURSLEVES ON THE WRONG END OF THE LAW. PERSONALLY I WILL BE TRYING TO FORCE THE LAWS TO BE APPLIED IN ACCORDANCE TO THE SECURITIES COMMISSION ACT. THIS IS FAIR WARNING AND I AM FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH LAYING A FORMAL COMPLAINT. HOPE SOME OF THE ACTIONS FIND LEGAL CHARGES TO PUT CRIMINALS BEHIND BARS..LAUGH ABOUT CLL STOCK THEN...WOULDN'T WNAT TO BE IN YOUR SHOES... GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR MANIPULATING AS I WILL BE DOING EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO STOP THE MANIPULATING...SUGGEST OTHER SDO THE SAME THING.
