RE: NewsThe norwegian oil company must have backed out on sponsoring the planned test in saskatchewan. There is no other reason that I can believe would delay the viscositor from being moved out of winnepg. The charts were looking far better than the lusy 10 cent move the stock made recntly. Then boom. the charts look like caca and the stck does too. This type of action many times reflect big time manipulation. shipping th eviscositor to sas would move the stock up thru 60 imo.
