RE: party time
RE: party timethe general feedback I had from Austin..was that there is a senior exhange the tsx...that many small companies like to graduate to. Plus it speaks to RR's strong desire to be credible..;etc...ie this is not moosepasture...etc...or he wouldnt care so much.
However there are alternatives...which Austin can fill you in on. And I do know of a swiss exchange that many european biotechs and pharmas have gone over to...from wherever they were..before because they...are treated better..and this exchange caters to this type of business and understands the industry. etc. However whether bio will avail itself of this who knows...also for the jr nasdaq...they need a SP of three dollars...so hopefully in due course they will get there. Rr has a huge faith in the potential of the company...hence his desire to see if they can work things out...but if this continues to be unfeasible..it may not be worth the aggro.....etc. But the directors have to explore all re asonable options...including tsx.v and steps....really frustrating....I have tried to go on the new beta for stockhouse...maybe in time it will work out..but in interim I am finding it really frustrating...REALLLY frustrating. I personally found the earlier halt and move to suspention w/o cause..by the tsxv...to be overly draconian..and I gather it may have frightened away a potential director candidate at that time...who was fearing for his rep...because of the uptick to suspension...from halt...I am talking the last halt....the tsx.v also charges 1000 for each NR whether they allow it to go forward or not...I think they should callit for what it is...when it doesnt go forward..eg a fine....and thus I suspect bio is being doubly penalized. Really annoying.
