RE: Alberta Royalty ReviewYes and Encana backpeddled big time the next day when it was pointed out to them that they had already announced plans to greatly curb their spending in response to soft NG prices. Mark my words, when the NG price firms up Encana is spending again with or without a change in the royalty structure.
