RE: Acquisition CostsAcquiring for the sake of acquiring is meaningless unless it is accretive in business development, revenues and profit in the short and/or long run. No matter the exchange rate and financing method. We have yet to see if anything came out of the first deal with Pacific. I am not in a rush to see another acquisition unless there are tangibles that makes it a compelling case, otherwise we risk seeing a mistake made by many managament teams relying on M&A strategies , in that they buy strategic assets but with no real ROI in the short to medium term, and eventually dilute capital structure with no real pay off in critical phases of their business cycle.
