RE: Biggest PBG Risk?

IOC = international oil company......I'm convinced PBG knows the risk.....financing in Oslo avoids encumberment with the Western banks.......appears to me PBG's strategy is to stay as much out of debt as possible.....the joint venture approach on THAI/CAPRI is great because you get the earnings/market cap with OPM (other people's money :<)
