RE: Management has screwed the shareholder

RE: Management has screwed the shareholderstockguy0 Quote: If you vote no, you break the deal and owe Buffalo Gold $1 million dollars. That is the break fee. Buffalo is suffering too. The bright side is that Buffalo has great upside potential, thanks to Mt. Kare. After the deal finishes one way or the other, look for a blitz of NR's about Mt. Kare drilling. Then watch Buf's price fly over the $1-$1.50 mark again this winter. If they hit more gold like previous results at Mt. Kare, $2+, easy. Cya then. I tend to agree with you here. In addition to the Buffalo news releases you can be sure that SRG's Furtei mine will get pumped up, too. The metallurgy and mine testing is going well. A deal between these two companies will be good for both parties. These small companies thrive on news and with a merger you will have that much more to release. I wouldn't dwell on the price too much right now. If this deal goes down there will be plenty of news and then like stockguy0 says the price will act accordingly this winter.
