Oilexco vs. AEN

Oilexco vs. AENWhy has Antrim not been doing well recently, i.e. well off of its highs whereas Oilexco is hitting a new high today. There is talk on the Oilexco board that it might buy out Aen. Do you think there is any validity to this idea? Why has Antrim not been doing well recently and is there anything in the works which might change this? Which do you think has more upside Oilexco or Antrim? Your thoughts are appreciated.
