RE: This royalty thing will give CLL a head start

RE: This royalty thing will give CLL a head startNow that is a nicer type of posting from you... I am glad you were able to verify the facts as being true and correct about POD1 expandibility. There were actually more PADS scheduled than on the illustration as per submission to Goverment...indicating some where closer to 60 SAGD well pairs ..Now don't quote me as I would have to look at the document for the exact number but is more than illustrated. Yes, once the POD1 production is online there is the ability to put more wells on line in a realtively short time subject to regulator approval. Why would one try to get more production out of the facility as soon as possible...since the Oil is there and wells can be increaed??? Yes, the royalty deal might hurt UTS which hasn't got much for cash flow...but companies like CLL will have ample profits and cashflow under the new Royalty to buy more essential Oil assets. Great tiem for a company like CLL..Can't say that for some of the others though. CLL share prices will go up as a result of good timing with regards to this issue. More asset aquisitions will be possible...the higher the share value the better as more can be bought for less share dilution...Something for CLL shareholders to remember and if they want value for their shares the price would have to go up quite a bit from where it is to show support. Was suppor tis there then the management can negotiate Oil deals with other comapnies easier. If the price per share is the same or lower there will be no deals to be had by CLL.
