RE: Bid 5.85 NAV 7.10 Shorts tripledMuch agreed here also, just a wave of scared unit holders. If you look at Enervest's holdings one by one you begin to paint a picture of a fairly solid portfolio. Some sectors have been hit, but they are cyclical in nature, plus COS.UN caught a boost today which will add further to the NAV. All in all I saw a portfolio of Trusts,REIT's, and some common stocks that are still paying dividends with no indication of cutting them yet, plus many with current potential to capitalize very nicely. I attribute this too a sell off due to fear. It's called the lemming effect. Fundamentally EIT.UN appears strong yet. Please do your own DD and good luck all. Ticker
