Here is an email i got from TTH about insider trading. Seems just people selling some shares for xmas presents or vaction. These transactions for most part occurred in early July or earlier. Each individual has earned options as part of their compensation and exercised those options for their own personal reasons. None of the insiders sold in anticipation of future news. The blackout policy of the company allows for a very narrow window of time for transactions with company stock. With this being the case, these transactions can be bunched together but this is most due to timing regarding the blackout policy.
