if there was only a 5 yr life, then the cost would scare way producers. But w the possibility of 100MM + tonnes, the costs will likely drop some more ( my guess w REO's and volume is another $10, producers will look at this as a GIC essentially. It is safe std mining. nothing fancy like cigar, no significant issues like Mongolia's moving tax rules. So it comes back to management needing to sell this story (or company)to producers or end users better i guess.
