OTIMHO.I'm not a wave guy so no comment on the wave and I don't see the oversold just general weekness/sideways/downtrend.Maybe SA has something in the pipe to give it a kick,I don't know.Price is under the 20ema and been in a downtrend for a month,although that may stop soon.Notes on the chart as well.GLTA https://i154.photobucket.com/albums/s251/justlong/SAoct12.jpg JL
