FNX holds 6.5M shares of FLX, more...Tomorrow mornings anticipated press release, should contain the assay results from the LaForce drill program announced September 27. Hoping the rumours accurate, IE: average 30M - 40M core length of VMS loaded with pentlandite (nickel), chalcopyrite (copper) and PGM's. If I've read the following press release correctly, we can expect to see 40 core results from LaForce. GLTA News Release FIELDEX INTERSECTS NICKEL AT LAFORCE PROPERTY Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, September 27th, 2007. Fieldex Exploration Inc. (FLX :TSXV and F7E : Frankfurt ) is pleased to announces that it has been advised by its project manager results of the first hole of the diamond drilling program started September 21, 2007 on its copper nickel 100% owned Laforce property (subject to 2-per-cent royalties to FNX Mining) located in northwestern Quebec. The hole LF-07-07 (hole no.1) was drilled vertically an intercepted copper-nickel mineralisation from depth of 42.54 meter to 81.07 (38.53 meters). The mineralisation occurs in a brecciate chloritized pyroxenite containing 10 to 15 % sulphide with section up to 30 % sulphide. The sulphide is chalcopyrite, pyrrothite, pyrite and pentlandite. These sulphides appear in small stinger around pyroxenite fragments, as coarse blebs in the breccias matrix and locally associated with small sheared zone. From the first observation it looks like the mineralisation is from tectonic origin. The hole was drilled to a depth of 120 meters and terminated in a barren monzo-diorite. Laforce property consists of 6 contiguous mining claims covering a total of two hundred and eleven hectares (211 ha). The 40-hole diamond drilling program currently under way will provide more information on the overall distribution and size of the sulphide zone and the relationship with the pre-existing orebody. Assays are pending and will be communicate by way of press release. Qualified person The Temiscamingue projects are being supervised by Laurent Hallé P.Geo, the qualified person for these projects. About Fieldex: Fieldex is a mineral resource company actively exploring in Québec for nickel-copper-platinum group metal deposits located through out Northern Quebec, representing over 600 km². FNX Mining Company owns 6,500,000 shares of Fieldex Exploration Inc.
