RE: Analysts say record highs only the beginningSector1,
Your post is very good.
I was wondering how cll was going to do on Q3 with refinery costs increased and proftis down? The NG prices are not setting too well either? Using a lot of NG to produce steam...
I see lots of risk involved in the short term until it can be prove that Mr. G can produce the 7500 BO/D he claims POD1 will produce...we all hope the 10,000BO/D liscensing will be the production..Might not get that high?
High Oil prices...but cll only produces minimal oil...mostly NG and mixture. Not much increase in profits form high Oil prices.
Now the speculation onproducing pod1 in the next 6 months to max. production is a possibility. I hope for quick production but records show it will be at least Jan. to Feb to meet production.
How are the increased expenditures for POD2, conventional Oil tie ins( last years wells) and additional core drilling, convention Oil drilling and refinery expansions going to be paid for? Along with the loan and debt repayments due?
These speculation of negativity add to the share price dropping. If you could answer these questions the investors might buy into the company more..push prices to higher levels.
Another issue is the fact that the Royalty deal will affect NG production of CLL and could increase operating costs in the near future for POD2. What are your take on this?
Will there be a drilling program if Royalty is increased? Will the wells from last year be tied in if Royalty is raised? These questions need to be answered to give confidence in the stock.
i see it doing fine and holding its own until negative news brings the stock price down.
Positive news should give it strenth...got some positive new?
