The number 6) above was one of the rules. Please note he says NEVER SUPPORT hedging..as in never...as in no support. Therefore, if he is a man of his word the moment BAJ closes the deal on the hedge he will be forced to sell up and move on. Great news for the normal people holding Baja...we won't have to put up with his dross any more. Unless of course he decides to hold on to his Baja after the company starts hedging. But that would be lying, wouldn't it Jason???? Wouldn't it be a pity to lose all that future profit over your principles? Temptation........
