Further ''clarifications''...

Further ''clarifications''...The $75-$100/tonne figure is not the gross value of their ore, but rather what it ends up being worth after all cost associated with smelting are factored in. Ron had mentioned that they take a 50% hit (roughly) on smelter fees, transport, etc. - all cost associated with smelting, BUT NOT mine operating costs. Their mine operating costs ($20-30/tonne)then com off the above figures, resulting in what is effect profit per tonne. As I had mentioned in my "answers to questions" post (question/answer reposted below), details on concentrates will be availble for the upcoming quarter now that they can be classified as a commercial producer... "1a. There is widespread confusion concerning the concentrate(s). Please supply your investors with a full breakdown for the quarter including tonnage mined and concentrates produced including the average metal contents for each (please see last page attachment for an example). Has pay been received for all or a part of the concentrates shipped? How much? They could not do this yet because during the last quater they were not yet considered a "commercial producer". They are prevented from publishing detailed numbers and production figures until they are classified as a commercial producer and not just an explorer. For this current quarter, now that are officially a commercial producer and I have expressed our hope to both Ken and Ron that we will now see more detailed numbers (full disclosure), and they assured me we will." Let's remember that Roulston did say 12-24 months for his price target of $6-10/sh. Well, its only been 12 month since he said that, so it looks as though we will be on the long end of that prediction (plus a little bit) before we get to $6/sh. Furthermore, news on any further acquisitions will change things significantly... I am sure we all remember what happened when AUN originally announced plans to acquire La Negra and Rosario... Are we way undervalued yes...But there has never been a better time to own AUN... Think about. The most successful investors are patient investors - remember that. For those of you under 40, I suggest reading Seymour Schulich' new book, "Get Smarter". Regards, B.
