PP .."Giving the ship away"...foolish management

PP .."Giving the ship away"...foolish managementWth NOT physically next door and considering discovery potential...why is the name of sanity is management giving away "hard" shares and "flow through " shares at the ridiculously low price of $.40 cents plus a full or half warrant excerciseable to .50 cents....when the stock is over 80 cents and rising....absolutely stupid IMO. I have seen this happen is  other micro stocks as a result of some favourtism to "friendly" clients or servicers. And to place a  "trade halt" for this type of news to me is ludicrus.

My head is spinning as I try to understand the the logic of management's frame of mind with this decision...shareholders were definitley not in this picture.

IMO....dumb....dumb....dumb
