PLI Expectations ?Juste some very simple question and fact.....With all those great news and expectations about PLI, can you tell me why the SP still around .50 - .60 ? Why PLI still a penny stock ? Is it possible some investors don't trust CEO and mgt as well ? Thanks 4 your answer
