Its Lochinvar brand is a residential and commercial boiler brand in the United States. Its water softener branded products and problem well water solutions include the Hague, Impact Water, Water-Right, Master Water, Atlantic Filter and Water Tec brands.

Seems typical. A company halts for news. The insiders run it up before trading resumes and then dumps on the way down. Classic strategy works everytime. If this was all that great of news then it should have continued upwards...It certainly did not do that. Anyone else with an explanation? Usually if news is good the stock will move up even on a down day for the markets. Not all stocks are down today and this one has news.
