I believe that the S/P should be at least 35% higher than its current level. That is if you consider the 2 huge properties we have, the current market conditions for minerals, and the POG. Now having said that if the market has a hiccup such as it did in late August early Sept. we then should be at the current level. We need to strike while the market is hot. JMHO.
