RE: Crude Oil $94.00 today New HighBitumen levels at all time high...limited refineries ...Price is dropping on Bitumen from $40.-45.00 to $35-$40.00...Refining cost are up...less profit on a barrel of Bitumen. Over supply forces prices down. Light Oil sets record highs but not Bitumen
