Great Value at these levels

Great Value at these levelsI have been in chartwell for several years and I continue to hold a large chunk. My family sold property to chartwell and we were issued shares instead of cash. Believe me these levels are a steal. I originally sold a bunch of my shares because I had do diversify because I held too much of it. I regretted this when I heard about the takeover. With the takeover speculation on pause (which is the only reason the shares fell off recently) I have been buying back furiously, particularely here in the 12 dollar range. Keep in mind I continue to hold a substantial chunk of the original units I was issued by chartwell years ago. Believe me when I tell you that management is, by my best guess, not concerned about the current share price. My guess is the company will be sold to a canadian pension fund at a substantial premium.
