1. accuracy is 15 to 25 meters ( Cellloc is 180 meters - 300 meters , which I gathered from celloc's website)
2. can monitor outside and inside the vehicle
3. can determine if the vehicle is moving. if so, at what speed , on which street and in which direction.
4.have intelligence to instantly and automatically report to the monitoring center,as FINISH wrote.
5. can work with cellular, radio or satelite systems
the following is taken from a press release towards end of last year

I guess the next NR will announce the name change and update of their distributorship. With more NR and a coming new website design, this will be a mover! ( my opinion)
