PLE shop......Is awaiting some quidance for what to do about this particular time.
Do I buy or sell ?We are starving for NEWS!!!!,at a time when active players,{NOT,KXL and others}have something to report in a timely fashion.
Now I'm starting to believe that either PLE is burning down to nothing....which is hard to believe.....or bideing time...and coincidently create a ongoing bying opportunity for people with more
information than others,gathering up all necessary details,dotting i's and crossing t's etc.
There just may be an untangleing of red tape ,up to now that has been firmly applied.
There seems to be a change in attitude happening in regards to foreign companys,in that CHEVEZ has recently stated that they welcome new investments,only old agreements need to be re-visited,
understandably,given the commodity price adjustments as of late.
It is therefore reasonable to concur that PLE may finally approaching bottom.
