RE: WHY BUY JUNIOR MINERS (SUCH AS EXMIN)?

RE: WHY BUY JUNIOR MINERS (SUCH AS EXMIN)?Mr. KD....when you posted about this a week or so ago I gave you some unsolicted advice ending with the comment.... "there are very good reasons why one of the first pieces of advice clients get from their lawyer is to be quiet and let us do the talking...preferably in a judicial forum, not an internet one!" Some of the other posters have now shone additional light on the wisdom/reasons for my advice to you. The battle you are in is not ours, the dollar value of any possible claim you could sustain is not fiscally material to the company , and you will in almost all probability not come out a winner in any litigation over 60k with a "team of lawyers". Here's a hint, you'll be lucky to get a single lawyer to do a two or three day trial for that kind of money, let alone a team of them. You are speaking emotional rhetoric, which may be understandable in your circumstance, but to the ear of people who know about such things, you are either getting bad advice or choosing not to follow good advice, while making claims about your route through the legal process that have little footing in reality of how such matters are resolved. In my province, our small claims court has a jurisdiction of 25k...your claim appears to be two decent small claims court matters...it is not an epic piece of commercial litigation so keep things in perspecive. Posting about organizing an effort to sell shares tied to your litigation is, imho, about the dumbest thing you could do and if you were my client we'd be having a serious chat this evening. If you have a valid legal claim against the company or its pricipals, advance in it the proper forum and proper channels...as most of us know from experience, there are always two sides to every story and your side may or not prevail...guess what though, there isn't a company of significant substance that has not had to deal with legal and hr/ex-employee claims in their evolution...this is part of doing business rather than a reason for companies to go tits up. Fight your battle, win lose or draw, and move on. Regards;
