This is exactly what a small company like NOT needs to do to maximize shareholder value. The property will be explored much more quickly, NOT makes money and will be rewarded if the JV finds anything. Terrific news. Guys like NewSkid wonder how I can be happy when the share price goes down. Let me explain since the share price action has totally escaped him and his ilk as they continue to seed doubts while watching other people get rich ... It's about fundamentals and being a long shareholder who is wise to the ways of the market. One only needs to check the tape to see that positive news is consistently met with an immediate drop in share price only to rebound with a vengence later on.
