RE: Forced exercise provision of warrants

RE: Forced exercise provision of warrantsThe force doesn't start until after the 4 month hold. The shares must close at or above $2.00 for 20 consecutive days after which time the warrants are shortened to 30 days. The absolute earliest they can be forced is the 3rd week of January 2008. You should also realize the shares would probably trade well above $2.00 or else one of the holder would probably force the price down a few cents to close below $2.00 if the price was close. I wouldn't worry too much about a lot of these shares coming to market as most buyers are wealthy and believe in the potential for the company. Some shares may come to market but the hope is the drill results will be very good and there will be plenty of buyers. There are also about 1.5 million warrants holders that can exercise at 35 cents until February 16, 2008.
