Glad that was brought up! I still think the remaining 8 Million will be financed also (Just my opinion), but at a rather higher SP meaning a less dillutive way of accumulating funding necessary to make a possible *Acquisition* (Instead of 20 million shares at 0.50, 4 million shares at 2.00$) This is all down the road, and very dependant on certain circumstances. And may not need the extra funding as ACT may have the money on hand by then.
