HIG investing in ADVC

HIG investing in ADVCi read up on HIG and they have invested in ADVC and since then the stock has shot up. HIG from what i understand is a venture capitalist firm helping small firms turnover. does this mean there is a very positive future for ADVC? and how soon? anyone have any thoughts out there?
