ECU/GOG

ECU/GOGThis subject has grown from what sounded like a casual comment made apparently mostly in jest by Altmann to the probability that ECU is planning to buy GOG in the near future. Give your heads a shake people! The most significant statement he made was that ECU's geologists were surprised at the high quality of the drilling results at the GOG property. He is quoted as saying "our geologists were quite stunned by the quality of the drilling samples at San Diego - maybe we'll be considering acquiring Golden Tag so we can own the whole project." This was in a telephone conversation with a shareholder, not in a presentation to the shareholders. ECU has so much on its plate right now financially and operationally that buying GOG out of San Diego is highly unlikely to say the least.
