Oct 23 Court hearing Adjourned Sine DieThe court site has a note for the Oct 23 date "ADJ SINE DIE PRIOR TO CRT". This means that they've found some basis for discussion / negotiations outside the courtroom. Its a good sign although it may still be months before we hear anything more definitive.
