Just digging through some information as any avid researcher should.. And I have noticed a few things that shed some light on the West Virginia + China + ACT connection. So many pieces of the puzzle are being put together right in front of everyones eyes. China which seemed like a good kicker, could look more like a monster shortly (as early as 2008) Lots of talk about Cleaner Coal (Liquefication) and such from China, which is one of the main reasons State Gov. Manchin is there until tomorrow. Also Coincidentally with the end of the Coal Show. More importantly there is mention of Gov. Manchin stating how they can also improve safety in China.
