Gov. Manchin + China + Active Control

Gov. Manchin + China + Active ControlJust digging through some information as any avid researcher should.. And I have noticed a few things that shed some light on the West Virginia + China + ACT connection. So many pieces of the puzzle are being put together right in front of everyones eyes. China which seemed like a good kicker, could look more like a monster shortly (as early as 2008) Lots of talk about Cleaner Coal (Liquefication) and such from China, which is one of the main reasons State Gov. Manchin is there until tomorrow. Also Coincidentally with the end of the Coal Show. More importantly there is mention of Gov. Manchin stating how they can also improve safety in China. Below are a few paragraphs from recent news articles to take into consideration: https://www.csmonitor.com/2007/1106/p03s01-usgn.html Manchin says the Chinese "are very open to tell you that the technology that's needed for them to become more efficient and more safe is the technology that's been provided by the state of West Virginia." https://sundaygazettemail.com/section/News/2007110232 A number of business leaders traveling with Manchin are already conducting business with the Chinese and around 10 were expected to display some of their wares at a coal industry show next week in Beijing. The Chinese are also interested in West Virginia’s mine safety technology. “I brought everything up,” Manchin said.
