RE: Cll''''s Well Strings 20% longer than JACOS

RE: Cll''''s Well Strings 20% longer than JACOSDon't forget that steam cools over longer distances. Thus could fail to heat the zone due to the extended length. The model graph provide indicates the production takes time . Just like Mr. G indicated would happen. He also stated the quality of POD! less than POD2..both having applied for 10,000B produciton numbers. Mr. G also stated full production off POD1 would be 7500 Barels of bitumen per day at full production...That means March through to Dec. 2008 before this happens. That is why there is no hurry for the pipeline until next spring. Share dilution at this time...yes. Slow production might have a better chance of being trucked out. Full rpoduction will need summer roads and a pipeline being built to ensure ability to move product. Otherwise production is limited to trucking...storms and road conditions can hold up production. Don't see the Q3 being very good with all the increased costs, lower refining profits, and share dilution. share price has these factored in so I don't expect any major movement on the stock until the New Year. When full production is reached the Royalty will be kicking in shortly thereafter.
