No Buyout. There is an analyst out there that thinks management bought DM&E as a poison pill to any potential purchaser. The street thinks they overpaid, and bought lots of uncertainty and headaches. The money could have been better spend on stock buybacks. great for an entrenched management, lousy deal for shareholders.
